Luxembourg

Wëllkomm zu Lëtzebuerg!
Welcome to Luxembourg!

We experience Luxembourg as an open-minded and hip city-state. On the one hand a metropolitan city and on the other hand a diversity that is reflected especially in the languages spoken. Luxembourgish, French and German are spoken in Luxembourg. In addition, many other languages, including English are spoken.

We find this relaxed and open approach with situational changes of languages exciting. Print media, for example, are mainly in German, whereas dialogues often take place in French and Luxembourgish. It seems to us that every Luxembourger is a linguistic talent by nature!

About us

We are Paddy and Mimi, a travel-hungry couple from tiny Switzerland in the middle of Europe. We call ourselves slow travelers, because we like to spend enough time in one place or country. Therefore we don’t only visit the typical sights but also get to know the culture of the respective country.
